As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with mental health professionals to cultivate a supportive network dedicated to your patients’ success. Key Responsibilities Establish positive and trusting relationships with patients, creating a safe space for open discussions. Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing both clinical interviews and standard psychological tools. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs, goals, and circumstances of each patient. Facilitate regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families to explore emotional challenges and improve interpersonal dynamics. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists, making referrals as needed to optimize patient care. Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately in electronic health record systems, adhering to state and federal regulations. Patient Population / Client Focus The individuals you will assist range from children to adults, each navigating their mental health journeys. Our clientele often deals with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and various mental health disorders. Your role will be pivotal in providing them with the tools and strategies required to cope, heal, and thrive in their personal lives. Qualifications A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas. A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic methodologies and the ability to employ evidence-based practices effectively. Preferred Experience Prior experience in addiction counseling and working with co-occurring disorders, as well as familiarity with evidence-based practices in these areas. Demonstrated ability to motivate clients through therapeutic interventions and support, with strong counseling and therapeutic skills. Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork capabilities to build connections both with patients and within the clinical team. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
