Job Description

Are you a Salesforce Administrator who enjoys keeping the platform clean, secure, optimized, and easy for teams to use? Do you thrive in a fast-moving B2B environment where you can improve processes, support users, and help teams get more value from Salesforce? The Salesforce Certified Administrator role is focused on ensuring the health, security, governance, and adoption of a Salesforce platform that supports Sales, Marketing, and business operations. This role supports Salesforce administration, automation, data integrity, reporting, system updates, integrations, and user enablement across cross-functional teams. As Salesforce Certified Administrator, you will partner with stakeholders to streamline business processes, optimize workflows, strengthen platform governance, and support ongoing adoption through training, documentation, and responsive user support. As Salesforce Certified Administrator, you will:

  • Ensure the health, security, and governance of the Salesforce instance through best practices and compliance standards.
  • Manage Salesforce administration, including user access, security settings, workflows, Process Builder, and Flows.
  • Maintain data integrity, de-duplication, and data security policies.
  • Support Salesforce audits, system updates, release management, and upgrades.
  • Implement standard data management practices to improve data accuracy and usability.
  • Analyze Salesforce data to provide insights that inform business decisions and optimize processes.
  • Design and implement business processes that streamline operations across supported teams.
  • Drive Salesforce adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing user support.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party technologies.
  • Respond to helpdesk requests and troubleshoot configuration and performance issues across Salesforce and integrated systems.
Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Valid, active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
  • Experience within a consulting, systems integration, or implementation services environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Analytics Studio or Tableau preferred but not required.
  • Creative, analytical problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven relationship-building and collaboration skills across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including user training and support.
You bring a practical, ownership-minded approach to Salesforce administration, balancing platform governance, user needs, and business priorities.
  • You are organized and responsive, able to manage requests, system updates, stakeholder needs, and process improvements without losing sight of quality or detail.
  • You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users, helping teams understand how to use Salesforce effectively and consistently.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Additional Salesforce certifications beyond Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce in a consulting, systems integration, or implementation services environment.
  • Experience with Analytics Studio, Tableau, or other reporting and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party technologies.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce adoption, training programs, documentation, or enablement for business users.
Salesforce users have the access, support, training, and documentation needed to work effectively.
  • Salesforce data is cleaner, more accurate, more secure, and easier for business teams to use.
  • Stakeholders view you as a trusted Salesforce partner who brings responsiveness, platform discipline, and thoughtful problem-solving.
